Svetlana, as one of GSA’s Finance Managers, is responsible for accounting, reporting and monitoring for several of GSA’s client programs, as well as monitoring investments.  She is one of GSA’s two primary analysts responsible for benchmarking and performance evaluation.  She works closely with the Partners to collate and compare the various industry benchmarks in an effort to better understand the differences in methodologies and the underlying quality of results.

Prior to joining Grove Street in 2007, Svetlana was a Unit Manager at Investors Bank & Trust (IBT).  Within IBT, she was a member of the Alternative Investment Group and focused on financial reporting and related services for private equity, hedge and other alternative investment structures.
