Michelle manages communications with fund managers and legal counsel to ensure submitted materials are complete, that funds are evaluated in a timely and responsive manner, and that all documentation occurs seamlessly with regard to fund closings, amendments and other legal documents.  She maintains GSA’s database of funds evaluated, manages record keeping for GSA Investment Committee decisions and has been instrumental in the continued evolution of GSA’s customized systems to track fund offerings and commitments.

Prior to joining GSA in 2005, Michelle was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Linda Jorgenson of Spero & Jorgenson, P.C., a civil litigation law firm specializing in medical malpractice cases.
