Prior Experience:
Prior to joining GSA in 2005, Michelle was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Linda Jorgenson of Spero & Jorgenson, P.C., a civil litigation law firm specializing in medical malpractice cases. Among her various responsibilities, Michelle was involved in the editing and preparation of manuscripts for submission to health, mental health and law journals; and provided organizational and editorial support for the book, Sexual Abuse by Professionals: A Legal Guide. Michelle has also served as a board member for Natick Extended Day, an afterschool child enrichment program for elementary children as well as for ASAP, an afterschool child enrichment program for middle school children.

Education:
Undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from University of Massachusetts at Boston.
