Carol has been with Grove Street since its inception in 1998.  Her responsibilities have evolved during her tenure and currently encompass human resources, management company analysis and all treasury functions.

Prior to joining Grove Street, Carol served as Accounting Manager and Human Resources Manager at several companies, including Economic Innovation, The Gazelle Group, Rapidocolor Corporation and Metrabyte Corporation.  Her responsibilities included all aspects of human resources, payables, receivables and various accounting and reporting functions.
