Prior to founding GSA in 1998, Catherine built a successful
14-year career in the design and implementation of private
equity investment programs where there was both a financial
and business development objective. In total, she has led
the formation of venture capital funds as well as private
equity investment programs with nearly $400 million under
management for major corporate and state pension fund investors.
Her clients/programs included the States of Michigan, Florida,
and Kentucky as well as the Federal Communications
Commission, Puerto Rico and a number of foreign governments and
agencies.
Undergraduate degree in government and business administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School.
