Ann is GSA’s Chief Financial Officer and is a General Partner of the firm, as well as a member of GSA’s Investment Committee.  She has broad oversight responsibilities for all aspects of the firm’s operations including financial reporting and analysis, investment monitoring, human resources and technology systems, as well as serving as the ultimate point of contact for all aspects of client performance and reporting.  Ann is also the Chief Compliance Officer with respect to GSA’s Registered Investment Adviser SEC registration and ethics policies.  Ann is a thought leader in the industry on best practices in reporting and monitoring private equity performance and compliance.

Prior to joining GSA in 1999, Ann had more than 17 years of broad experience in public accounting including 13 years in Ernst & Young's private equity practice where she was promoted to the Partnership in 1997, and where she had primary responsibility for planning, organizing, administering and successfully completing over 40 financial audits for Advent International.  Ann has nearly three decades of experience in fund accounting and reporting, as well as portfolio company due diligence.
