Ajay, as Vice President of Finance, oversees a range of operational matters including all aspects of tax compliance, GSA’s information technology infrastructure and security.  He also took an early leadership role in advancing GSA’s customized reporting for clients and continues to spearhead projects in this area for both internal and external uses.

Prior to joining Grove Street in 2002, Ajay was the CFO of BrahmaCom, a start-up telecommunications provider of DSL broadband internet access and local voice telephone service in Massachusetts.  Prior to that, Ajay was Vice President at Reit Management & Research, a real estate investment advisor of publicly listed real estate investment trusts (REITs).  During his tenure at Reit Management, he served as the CFO of Senior Housing Properties Trust and HRPT Properties Trust.  He also worked at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
