Arthur joined GSA in 2009 as a Tax Compliance Manager.  Arthur is responsible for all aspects of the tax compliance process with respect to GSA’s client programs, fund investments and GSA’s management company legal entities.

Prior to joining GSA, Arthur was a Tax Senior with Ernst & Young, LLP and a Tax Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, both in Boston.  While in public accounting, Arthur provided tax services to private equity and real estate investment and development firms structured as partnership vehicles.
