Andrea is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to strategic planning, benefits, payroll, employee relations and organizational development. She has broad knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources and experience in using human capital management to bring out the best in an organization. Andrea also serves as a committee member for the regional chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management helping to plan and coordinate the annual spring conference.

Prior to joining GSA in 2011, Andrea served as head of Human Resources for a national environmental consulting firm for twelve years, where she built the Human Resources Department from the ground up. She has previously also worked in the healthcare and tech industry.
