Adam is the Chief Compliance Officer with respect to GSA's Registered Investment Adviser, SEC registration and ethics policies.  Adam is also responsible for financial reporting on a customized basis to all clients, as well as investment monitoring.  He excels at GAAP compliance requirements and the systemization necessary to deliver customized financial reports every quarter to each of GSA’s clients.  He also spearheads investment monitoring to ensure compliance with all financial aspects of partnership agreements, including allocations.

Prior to joining Grove Street in 2007, Adam was a Vice President and Director in the Alternative Investments Administration group of State Street Corp. where he supervised a team providing financial reporting and related services for private equity, fund of funds, hedge and other alternative investment structures.
