During the due diligence process GSA strives to build strong peer-to-peer relationships with each team and to customize its due diligence to the unique characteristics of each investment. Our objective is to establish long-term value-added relationships
with our fund managers. We operate based on the expectation that we will invest with a team over
multiple funds. GSA works with both proven teams as well
as new/emerging funds and, where appropriate, will work actively with a new team as a sponsoring investor.
